3. Legal basis
- The storage and reading of cookies are governed mainly by Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.
- Any further processing of personal data collected through cookies is governed by GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
4. How consent works on our site
- on your first visit, we show a dialog with options to accept, reject, or adjust preferences,
- optional analytics and marketing cookies are disabled by default,
- until consent is granted, we do not load Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Meta Pixel, or our first-party analytics event log,
- you can change or withdraw consent at any time in the footer.

Necessary cookies
- keep sign-in, security, and core website functionality working,
- store your cookie consent choice.
Analytics cookies
- after consent, we load Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics, and our first-party event log,
- we store only pseudonymous identifiers and product events without form-field contents.
Marketing cookies
- after consent, we load Meta Pixel for campaign measurement and remarketing audiences,
- we do not send text field contents or direct identifiers such as name or e-mail.

7. Events we measure after analytics consent
After analytics consent, we mainly measure:
- pageviews and navigation,
- clicks on links, buttons, and CTAs,
- scroll depth and engaged time,
- form submissions without field values,
- website search and clicks on results,
- dashboard activity and important product steps.
8. Changing your settings
- necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the site would not work properly without them,
- analytics and marketing technologies are enabled only after consent,
- rejection is available as easily as acceptance,
- you can change your settings at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
9. How long we keep your consent choice
- typically 6 months after rejecting optional categories,
- typically 12 months after granting consent,
- after that period, we ask you to choose again.
10. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If you allow analytics or marketing categories, data may be transferred to providers outside the EU/EEA, such as Google or Meta. In those cases, we use appropriate legal safeguards.
