We are still finalizing the full wording of our terms of use. The points below describe the baseline rules that already apply when you use Svatbík.
1. What Svatbík is for
Svatbík is a digital platform for wedding planning, wedding website management, and browsing venues, services, and shops. Some parts of the service are intended for couples, and others for businesses or partners.
2. What we expect from users
- you provide truthful and up-to-date information,
- you do not upload content unless you have the necessary rights to it,
- you do not use the service in a way that harms security, availability, or the rights of other users,
- you understand that specific bookings, purchases, or contracts with venues and vendors are governed by their own terms.
3. User content
The user who uploads data, text, photographs, videos, or other materials to the service remains responsible for that content. By submitting or uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions.
4. Service availability and changes
We continuously improve the service. Some features may be changed, expanded, or discontinued where necessary for operational, security, or product reasons.
5. Third-party services
If Svatbík links to external partners or uses third-party payment, analytics, or communication tools, their use is governed by the terms of those providers. This may include services such as Stripe, Supabase, or other partner tools.
