Terms of use
Rules and contractual framework for using the Svatbík platform, written clearly for both couples and businesses.

These terms govern use of Svatbík. By using the website, creating an account, sending an inquiry, or paying for Premium, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Operator
Svatbík is operated by Future Innovations s.r.o., company ID 21409293, registered at Holečkova 789/49, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague, e-mail: info@svatbik.cz.
2. Service
Svatbík provides wedding planning tools, wedding website management, guest and RSVP tools, seating, budget, tasks, QR gallery, gift tools, and a catalogue of venues, services, and shops.
Svatbík helps couples and vendors connect, but it is not a party to bookings, orders, reservations, or contracts agreed directly between users and vendors.
3. Accounts and user content
You must provide accurate information, protect your account access, and only upload content that you are allowed to use. You remain responsible for data, text, photographs, videos, guest lists, RSVP data, and other content you add to the service.
4. Inquiries and vendors
Catalogue information may come from vendors, public sources, or our editorial work. Availability, prices, capacity, and final terms must always be confirmed directly with the relevant vendor. When you send an inquiry, we pass it to the selected venue, supplier, or shop so they can respond.
5. Premium and payments
Svatbík Premium is a one-time paid digital access to extended planning tools. The price is shown before checkout and may be reduced by a discount code or individual offer. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not directly process card details. Premium is activated after successful payment confirmation and is not an automatically renewing subscription unless a specific offer says otherwise.
6. Withdrawal, complaints, and refunds
Consumers have statutory rights under Czech law. Because Premium is digital access provided after payment, withdrawal rights may be limited where the law allows, especially if immediate access has started. This does not affect statutory rights arising from defective performance. Send complaints, payment issues, or refund requests to info@svatbik.cz with the account e-mail, payment date, and description of the issue.
7. Acceptable use, availability, and liability
Do not misuse the service, bypass technical limits, interfere with security or availability, or infringe third-party rights. We may change, limit, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. Svatbík is responsible for operating its own platform under applicable law, but not for vendor performance, third-party services, or direct contracts between users and vendors.
8. Account termination and law
You may stop using the account or ask us to delete it. Some data may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes, security, or legal claims. These terms are governed by Czech law. We first try to resolve disputes amicably; consumers may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority where applicable.
