Vila Louka offers rental of the entire house with accommodation and extensive grounds for weddings, celebrations, anniversaries, and team-building events. The venue allows for a wedding ceremony, reception, and guest accommodation all in one place. Guest capacity is up to 80 people, with accommodation provided for approximately 50 people. The house has undergone extensive renovation, including a complete restoration of the 18th-century historical hall. The property features an extensive garden with the possibility of installing additional tents and outdoor seating. The garden includes a swimming pond with a pier and terrace, serving as a ceremony location. In a more secluded part, there is a meadow with trees, suitable for wedding photos. Inside the villa, there is a stylish common room, a bar with a tap, a fireplace, and a piano, as well as a historic social hall. The outdoor areas are complemented by three terraces.
