Jedlička Family Winery in Bořetice focuses on organic production, striving to live in harmony with nature and the grapevine. A wine cellar with a capacity of 60 seats is available for events, weddings, and celebrations. The winery operates on prime vineyard tracks Terasy, Čtvrtě, and Kraví hora, mentioned since 1355, featuring loamy-sandy soil rich in magnesium.
