Valašská koliba Fojtka is located in the village of Hutisko, with a history dating back to 1621. Originally a reeve's office that founded the village, it has served as a school and an inn over centuries. Today, this state-protected cultural monument is privately owned and, after extensive renovations, continues to operate as a restaurant. It maintains its historic charm while offering excellent homemade cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients.
