SOBJE presents its official wedding collection, available for order through its online store. All online orders are binding and subject to terms and conditions. Customers can pick up their orders in person at the SmetanaQ showroom, Smetanovo nábřeží 4, Prague 1. Pickup hours are Wednesday to Friday from 1 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, always after receiving a confirmation email. Payment for orders can be made in cash or by card upon pickup. If needed, goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, either by sending them to Plzeňská 33, Prague 5, or by delivering them in person to the showroom. Complaints are handled similarly, requiring a complaint form and a copy of the purchase receipt. Returned goods must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
